40,000 pounds of flood relief supplies arrive in Temple, Texas
Over a million dollars worth of flood relief was delivered to Temple all the way from Phoenix, Arizona. Items will support regional flood victims & local support efforts.

A Few Of Our Newest Partners, Joining Our Ongoing Nationwide, Collaborative Effort To Support Central Texas During This Challenging Time:
FUNDRAISER NOTES: The Uvalde Foundation For Kids, has made it's first round this past week of what will be several ongoing donations to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund of the Community Foundation of The Texas Hill Country. $2,000 has currently been donated as of this update. Subsequent weekly donations have been pledged through August, 2025!
The foundation has elected, to split a portion of all funds it receives from our fundraiser, between the Kerr County Community Fund, specific to Kerr County needs; with remaining donations received to be held in an independent foundation fund; meant to provide immediate, direct aide to those affected by the flooding throughout Central Texas.

Flood Donations Keeps On Trucking Into Temple, Texas
After logistical and communication challenges threatened a large delivery of flood donation supplies from Arizona into Temple, Texas, The Uvalde Foundation For Kids say that they have arranged to save & receive the delivery from Arizona! In an updated release, the foundation noted that the delivery arrived 8am, July 21st at Natural Grocers (Back Parking Lot/Loading Dock) in Temple, Texas.
The donations, a part of a collaborative effort by the foundation, will include items ranging from new shoes to clothing, to canned goods and diapers; all part of a collaborative effort to support flood victims throughout Central Texas, including with The FarmLink Project out of Los Angeles.

The Foundation currently is in collaboration on continuing support for flooding victims; with our national partners & friends, such as BOBO out of Colorado & the FarmLink Project, out of Los Angeles, California & our newest partnership is with North Texas medical office, VRX Medical, dedicated to helping people get their lives back through chiropractic care, medical massage, and supportive health services. Their clinic has proudly served the community for over 20 years.

The Foundation's experience aiding in previous disaster responses, including the recent Southern California & Hawaii wildfires; underscores the vital importance of circumventing potential delays in aid distribution.
Our Fundraising initiatives provide timely & essential financial support to individuals/familiesprovide some immediate relief & accelerate the overall recovery process for affected residents. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTABLE with funds available immediately to those vetted, as directly impacted by the July 4th tragedy.

The Foundation continues to seek coordination with local authorities and other relief organizations to provide collaborative support on the ground in addition to our ongoing fundraising campaign to provide financial services & aide to those directly affected.
