Uvalde Foundation For Kids Makes Call For National Collaboration To End School Violence

The Uvalde Foundation For Kids (National)

Release From National Director, Daniel Chapin

The Uvalde Foundation For Kids, A 501c3 Nonprofit Organization, Born Out Of The Tragedy At Robb Elementary School In Uvalde, Texas; Recognizes That Our Efforts To End Violence Against Our Students Across This Nation Is Only Truly Effective When Done In Collaborative Efforts With Those Organizations & Individuals With Similar Heart & Mission.

Since Columbine High School In Colorado; The Adage Of, "It Takes A Village," Continues To Propel Our Work Forward. In Part, Our Nation Should Have Learned That Fateful Day so many Years Ago, A Valuable Lesson That Ending School Violence Is Not About One Organization Or Individual Effort! NOT IF IT IS TO TRULY SUCCED! The Growing Challenge Our Students & School Communities Face As a Result Of School Gun & Other Violence Must Extend Beyond Ego and Agendas - However Noble.

We ALL Have & Must Take Seriously Our Integral Role In this Nation, In Saving Our Students. After All THAT Is What Our Focus Is About - Our Students - Our Sons & Daughters!

And, While Our Foundation Exists; To Whatever Degree We Can, Whether In Programming Support & Collaborations; Or Small, Financial Contributions - We Will & Invite All To Join Our Efforts For Our Kids.

All Across This Country More & More Of You Are Saying  - STOPNOW To Violence. We Stand With You.
