Foundation Statement: "On a day where much of the nation, gives thanks for family and friends gathered around the holiday table, another family mourns the loss of one needlessly taken far too soon. This student, this young man, loved by many leaves an empty chair behind. For him, and those who love him - we reignite the call in St Louis to end this violence plaguing our students and communities & through this memorial scholarship our foundation seeks to ensure he will always be remembered and his love for hockey and life will live on. We urge those responsible for this shooting to simply do the right thing and turn yourself in."
