Charlotte, North Carolina - National Nonprofit, The One In Five Foundation For Kids, a national school violence prevention & national student advocacy group, formed following the 2022 mass shooting at Robb Elementary School In Uvalde, Texas - released early Thursday morning, that following several requests to its foundation, it is now launching an independent review of bullying at Charlotte Catholic High School. Additionally foundation officials noted in the release that they will be requesting the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte for oversight.

Foundation officials noted that ongoing bullying incidents, involving several students, primarily leveled against the schools football team have resulted in mental trauma with several parents now considering removing their students from the school. Officials noted that concerns also center around a lack of school administrator attention to student behavior and conflict resolution programming within the school.


The foundation noted that the recent case joins several they have been involved in nationally to present, reflecting a growing problem of bullying throughout the nations schools in recent months
