The Uvalde Foundation For Kids, As Has Been Publicly Released In The Last Several Weeks, Currently Has An Ongoing School Safety Inquiry Into Denver East High School In Denver, Colorado, Following An Increase In School Safety Concerns; Raised In The Last Several Months & The shooting Death Of a Student.
Just Before 8am This Morning, The Foundation Released An Update On Our Ongoing, Now Expanding Inquiry Into The School. A Few Short Hours Later A student Shot Two Dean's At The School.
Following Today's Shooting, The Foundation's Professional & Peer Mental Health Resource line Is Extended & Open 24 HOURS For The School Community.
Foundation National Director, Mr. Daniel Chapin, Released A Brief Statement In The Release Stating In Part, "Maybe Denver Will Take Our Inquiries & The Concerns Of Its Students & School Community, Seriously Now. Sadly, Too Often, An Event Such As This Is What It Takes For A School To Finally Make Changes So As To Protect Their Students."
